I'm Natalie Solomon, founder of Building Agile Leadership, a transformation leader and changer of hearts and minds, who makes change stick—in an era where AI is redefining what's possible.

 

For over 20 years, I've guided mid-sized organizations to Fortune 500 companies  through enterprise agility transformations and new ways of working that deliver measurable outcomes: faster time-to-market, improved strategy execution, and high-performing cultures where people actually want to work.
