About Me: The Real Story

I'm Natalie—transformation leader, connector, digital nomad, coffee and wine enthusiast, and proud human to Mack (and soon to be Enzo), my 80-pound black lab who thinks of himself as my office mate often times referring to himself as Chief Presence Officer, and my travel companion (when logistics allow).
My morning ritual starts at 6:00 AM with meditation and coffee, whether I'm home, on my annual fall trip to Vail, or waking up in St. Thomas, Spain, or wherever life has taken me. By 9 AM, I'm meeting with my clients across time-zones, connecting leaders to solutions, teams to each other. I spend my evenings exploring, enjoying conversations with friends about life, leadership, and what brings us joy.

Here's my operating system: Be Brave.
That means saying yes to work that lights me up and no to everything else. It means hopping on a plane because a friend texted "come visit". It means being comfortable being uncomfortable—because the only thing constant is change, and I'd rather lean into it than resist it.

One of my superpowers? I'm a connector. I connect people to opportunities, leaders to solutions, teams to each other, and organizations to their potential. I work from wherever life takes me, always meeting my clients exactly where they are—whether that's a boardroom in DC or a Zoom call from wherever I am calling "home".
The work adapts. My presence doesn't.
What you need to know
about how I work:
I make transformation practical, not theoretical. I know when to show up in a blazer with a strategy deck or brief, and when to show up with powerful questions and a willingness to sit in discomfort. I've guided organizations through 40-60% improvements in time-to-market, built teams that move from forming to performing, and helped leaders navigate complexity with clarity.

But my real superpower? Connecting hearts and minds. I don't just explain transformation—I inspire belief in it. By connecting hearts (the why it matters) and minds (the how it works), I connect leaders to the right questions. Teams to each other. Organizations to their potential. People to opportunities they didn't know existed. This isn't just about transformation work—it's about building networks and fostering relationships. I turn skeptics into champions and create advocates who sustain change long after I leave.

I work from wherever brings me clarity—home in Northern Virginia or Florida, my annual fall retreat in Vail, beachside in St. Thomas, or while spending time with friends in Utah, New York, Spain or wherever my travels take me. It does not matter my location or time-zone.
But more importantly, I practice what I teach:
-
Inner work enables outer work (that's why I meditate daily, even on travel days)
-
Be comfortable being uncomfortable (transformation is messy; so is life)
-
Only say yes to HELL YES opportunities (this applies to clients, trips, and life decisions)
-
Trust the process (even when—especially when—it's not linear)
When I'm not guiding organizations through transformation, you'll find me:

Saying "hell yes" to things that scare and excite me in equal measure

Connecting people—friends to opportunities, colleagues to each other, clients to solutions

Spending quality time with friends who remind me what matters

Planning my next adventure

Working from wherever brings me joy

Exploring with Mack (and soon to be Enzo)

Reading leadership books

The truth is: I guide organizations through change because I've learned to embrace it in my own life. I help leaders be brave because I'm practicing it daily. I create space for transformation because I know what it feels like to live fully.
